Amendment to REACH Annex II
The deadline of the REACH Annex II update is fast approaching.
As a reminder, this amendment was published in 2020 by the European Commission in the EU Official Journal. It aimed, among others, to align SDS requirements with GHS Rev.6 and 7.
The amendment will enter into force on January 1st, 2023.
You have until December 31st, 2022 to update your SDSs according to the new REACH Annex II requirements.
