California Proposition 65 Update: New NSRL for 1,3-Dichloropropene
On June 21st, 2022, the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) adopted an NSRL (No Significant Risk Level) of 3.7 micrograms per day for exposures to 1,3-dichloropropene by the oral and inhalation routes (adopted in Title 27, Cal. Code of Regs., Section 25705(b)).
