Monomer and Polymer Guidance Update

ECHA announces that the guidance on monomers and polymers has been revised to align with a June 2021 Board of Appeal decision on compliance check case No. A-001-2020 which impacts the registration obligations of monomer and polymer importers.

The Agency recommends that all concerned parties examine the latest guidance and adapt their registrations to comply with its updated requirements.
