Overview of Restrictions Submitted for Review

ECHA maintains a table showing ongoing consultations on conforming restriction proposals and SEAC draft opinions. If you want to always have your say on the submitted restrictions open for consultation, we strongly advise to bookmark the table for quick access.

The substances currently under consideration are:

– 2,4-Dinitrotoluene

– Lead andits compounds

– N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC); 1-ethylpyrrolidin-2-one (NEP)

– Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs)

– Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH)

– Terphenyl, hydrogenated

Remember, comments made prior to the first deadline frequently have a more significant impact as they will be considered in the first discussion on the proposed restriction. Also, more substantial comments should be submitted at the latest 1 month prior to the final deadline.
