REACH Registrations Improvements

ECHA updated the recommendations for registrations to help companies comply with REACH requirements. The updated recommendations focus on avoiding animal testing and providing advice on read across.

Last year, ECHA conducted 330 compliance checks covering more than 2300 registrations dossiers and addressing 295 substances 302 checks were fully compliant. More registration evaluation statistics available at https://echa.europa.eu/overall-progress-in-evaluation.

The updated recommendations are aimed to further improve reach registrations. Companies should carry out a review to make sure their dossiers comply with the law and ensure the safe use of their chemicals.
