Update of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 – Cosmetic Products
On November 10th, 2022 the EU Commission published an update of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products regarding the use of Butylated Hydroxytoluene, Acid Yellow 3, Homosalate and HAA299. They also published a correction for the use of Resorcinol.
The update will enter into force on December 1st, 2022 but is already available for download from our SDS authoring tool, ExESS.
