OEL and BEI Kenya Integration

The OEL and BEI values for Kenya, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act No.15 of 2007 (Revised Edition 2010 (2007)), have been integrated into CDP and will be available on our SDS authoring tool, ExESS, from the next release onwards!
